By adding a phone number to BalloonAlerts or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptable Use
- You must only add phone numbers that belong to you or that you have explicit, prior consent from the number holder to receive automated calls and SMS messages from this service.
- You will not use this bot to call numbers without the knowledge and permission of the person who owns that number.
- You will not attempt to exploit, overload, crash, or otherwise abuse the bot's functionality to degrade or break the service for yourself or other users.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or bypass any rate limits, access controls, or account restrictions built into the bot.
- You will not impersonate other users or add another person's phone number without their consent.
- You will not use the service for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
2. Roblox Friend Requirement
Your Roblox account must remain friends with BalloonAlerts on Roblox for monitoring to function. If you remove the friend, your account will be automatically disabled until you re-add the bot and contact orange0513 to re-enable it.
3. Phone Numbers & Calls
Automated calls and SMS messages are delivered via Twilio. By adding a number you confirm:
- You own the number, or the owner has explicitly consented to receive automated alerts from this service.
- You understand calls and texts will be triggered automatically based on thresholds you configure (Balloon Blessing timer, time away from Bee Swarm Simulator).
- You are responsible for any costs or carrier charges incurred on your end.
4. Account Credits
Each account is allocated a Credit balance. Calls consume credits from that balance. When the balance reaches zero your account will be disabled automatically. Create a ticket to top up your balance and re-enable the account.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
The service administrator (orange0513) reserves the right to disable or permanently delete any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service.
- Abuse of the service or its infrastructure.
- Exhausted call-time balance.
- Unfriending the BalloonAlerts Roblox account.
6. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
BalloonAlerts is provided "as is" without any warranty. The service is not guaranteed to be available at all times, and alerts may be delayed or missed due to outages, API limits, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for any damages arising from missed alerts, including in-game losses in Bee Swarm Simulator.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
